As can be seen in the above pictures this property was in a very poor state of repair after a fire had caused extensive damage, but after careful checking of the structure a plan was formulated and work commenced to repair and restore the building to make it a habitable home again

With scaffolding erected around the building the roof and windows were soon replaced and the restoration of the interior could continue protected from the elements.

With any damaged or unsafe brick work repaired and any remaining old plaster removed internal studwork walls are constructed and new floors are installed.

With all the plastering, carpentry & decoration complete and a new kitchen fitted it only remains for the owners to move back in.

As with all of our projects the property finished to the highest possible standards with great attention to detail and cleaned thoroughly before we leave.
