Loft conversions all begin with removing the contens of the loft and making preperation for the nessasary structural changes nessasary to commence the conversion

In some cases it is possible to just add windows, but in this case the pitch of the roof was too shallow to allow enough head room so the majority of the timberwork needed to be replaced.

With the felt and batten compleated and the tiles fixed the roof is once again weather proof and the internal work can take priority.

Once the interior of the loft conversion is complete the house is now at least one room larger and with careful planning the eaves space can be made into useful storage. Once again our customers can have confidence in work done to the highest possible standard and as all work is guaranteed they can be sure of many happy years in their newly extended property.
